For family and career
The proximity to the workplace provides parents with considerable organisational relief and contributes to the creation of optimal working conditions. The childcare facility is an essential and valuable part of the hospital's infrastructure and promotes a good balance between work and family life.
Offer and daily organisation
The daily activities at the company kindergarten are varied and combine creative and educational elements. In addition to targeted educational work, the programme includes plenty of playtime, regular excursions into nature and a shared snack and lunch. Special emphasis is placed on music and movement, which the children are introduced to through play.
For primary school children, we also offer afternoon care including homework help during the school year as well as all-day care during the summer holidays.
