From the very conception and implementation of the website, special emphasis was placed on accessibility. The digital services are provided via modern, user-friendly online interfaces. Forms, informational pages, and ordering processes are designed to be intuitive and as accessible as possible for people with disabilities.
All information is clearly structured and presented in an understandable way. Orders – such as customizable greeting cards or gift baskets – are reliably delivered within the facility directly to the specified patient’s room. Sensitive content, including up-to-date information on surgery waiting lists, is provided transparently and in compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements, Status of Compatibility and Realization
The website meets the requirements of the Barrierefreiheitsgesetz as far as possible and goes beyond the legal requirements in some aspects. The following standards and guidelines, among others, were taken into consideration:
