All dishes are deliberately kept low in salt and free from artificial preservatives or flavourings. Instead, fresh herbs give the dishes a natural and tasty seasoning.

Individual diets for special needs

Various specialised diets are tailored to the individual medical conditions of the patients. These include gastroenterological and metabolism-defined adjustments as well as protein and consistency-defined restrictions. Intolerances and allergies are also taken into account when selecting dishes.

Personal choice of menu

On admission to hospital, the appropriate personal diet will be determined in consultation with the attending doctors and dieticians. Menu and service assistants are available daily to help you choose your dishes. This ensures that your meals are perfectly tailored to your health needs at all times.
