  • Documents from your family doctor or specialist or the respective department
  • Identity card or passport
  • E-card or European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) or referral slip
  • As a special class patient: the policy number of your private insurance
  • Comfortable daywear or a robe
  • Non-slip slippers
  • Hygienic articles
  • Reading glasses or contact lenses (incl. cleaning fluid and storage container)
  • Medication
  • If possible, please do not take any valuables with you, as we cannot accept any liability for them.

In order to keep distances as short as possible for newly injured patients, the accident x-ray is located directly next to the accident surgery outpatient clinic (House 2, 1st floor). For further radiological examinations, please come directly to the radiology department (House 2, 1st floor).

St. Vinzenz Zams Hospital does not have a neurology department. Neurological specialist advice for inpatients is provided by the neurological consultation service.
