The St. Vinzenz Hospital works council team consists of 25 elected representatives who are fully committed to looking after the economic, health, socio-political and cultural interests of employees. The size of the works council depends on the number of employees in the company.

As the central co-determination body, the works council acts as a point of contact for employees' individual questions and problems. The aim is to unite the interests of the employees with those of the company and to promote an optimal working atmosphere.

The works council offers support and advice to represent the concerns of employees and create a harmonious and productive working environment.
