The departments of Internal Medicine, Anaesthesia, General Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Psychiatry and Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine are accredited as renowned teaching departments.

Medical students can expect to be closely involved in everyday hospital life. Here you will gain valuable practical experience, supported by regular ongoing training and simulation training. Theory and practice are thus optimally combined.

During the compulsory nine-month basic training course, basic clinical skills are taught, combined with practice-oriented training in emergency care. This forms a perfect basis for starting your career.

Specialist training offers a clear structure: First, the specialist knowledge is deepened in the basic training, followed by a focus training for specialisation. Individual and practical training is provided under the guidance of experienced specialists.
