Management of the St. Vinzenz Hospital consists of the Management Board, the Collegial Management and the Supervisory Board. They are responsible for strategic orientation, operational management and ensuring efficient cooperation in all areas.

Management

The managing director is the authorised representative body of the hospital. He manages the business internally and represents the hospital externally.

Supervisory Board

According to § 29 of the Limited Liability Companies Act (GmbH-Gesetz – GmbHG), a Supervisory Board must be appointed under certain conditions. The members of the Supervisory Board must be natural persons and are elected by shareholder resolution.

The Supervisory Board looks after the welfare of the company and is convened at least four times a year. It advises and monitors the management, reviews the annual financial statements and grants approval or consent for certain transactions on the part of the company. The Supervisory Board has access to all business documents and can receive reports from the Management Board at any time.
